“A job is a role. A career is an architecture.”
The difference is whether you’re participating in someone else’s system—or intentionally building one that gives you control over your income, time, and future.
For many professionals, the biggest career risk isn’t failure, it’s staying in a system they don’t control.
I spent more than 30 years inside businesses – first as a CPA, then as a consultant and advisor, working closely with owners, executives, and entrepreneurs across multiple industries and in countries around the world.
I’ve seen how careers are built, how businesses grow, and just as importantly—where things break. I’ve worked alongside visionary leaders in real estate development and advised companies through both success and setback. That experience shapes how I coach today.
What I’ve learned is this:
Most accomplished professionals have more options than they realize—but very few take the time to evaluate them in a structured way.
What I Do
As a Career Ownership Coach, I work with experienced professionals and leaders who have been successful in their careers—but are starting to question how much control they really have over their future.
They may or may not be looking to make an immediate change. But they are open-minded and ready to step back and evaluate their direction more intentionally and strategically.
Together, we step back and evaluate:
- your current path
- your long-term income and lifestyle goals
- your full range of options
This may include:
- continuing in leadership roles
- building an independent practice
- or owning a business that produces income and long-term equity
This is a structured Discovery process—designed to help you make a clear, informed decision.
How I’m Compensated
There is no fee for my coaching.
I’m compensated by the business community through my partnership with The Entrepreneur’s Source when a client chooses to move forward. My role is to guide your evaluation—not to push you toward any specific outcome.
